It is in the center of Segovia. The bed is comfortable. The view is very nice from the terrace they have. I said it was a simple hotel, with an adequate price for the hotel and without many pretensions. But I think they will improve little by little. The place deserves it.
Well, the hotel is a few years old but not bad. That if a few reforms gradually would be good. And take more care of the presence of the hotel. At the entrance of the hotel on the right side, there are many churretes on the walls, that should not be allowed to face a public. You can have a business that is old but if you take care of it, it has its own charm. the tiles in the bathroom took me back to my childhood.

An electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel TV available in the twin room. Amazing very central location, adjacent to the bus stop where the # 11 bus goes to the AVE train station. Also, close to the bus station that takes you to the train station.

Excellent location, staff treatment too, they inform you in any doubt you have and always with a good attitude. Only during the week the breakfast buffet is with gender that is not fresh and really to pay 7 euros is not abundant what they serve, the coffee machine did not like me at all (but the girl of the place provided me a good American of the cafeteria without charging it). The only thing fresh about cold cuts was the cheese slices (I work in a catering business and I know when the stuff is from the day before or fresh).
The buffet breakfast they serve during the week, is paid 7 euros , the goods are not fresh. The croissants were hard, I told the gentleman and as he was not sure, I touched him with one of the tweezers until he gave me the reason. The clients take the food with their hands and not with the tweezers that the hotel staff put on them (there is no control there). From Friday our last day they have put more variety in the buffet. One night we had dinner there and they served us the bread at noon, I know because the part of one of the slices was hard and that's how it is when it's morning, the other slice of the same day but as it was the second one they cut was fresh (these are details), which for someone from the sector you can't miss.

It has a terrace with a complete view of the aqueduct, bar and relaxation area. Due to the schedule, we could not enjoy it, but it must be spectacular to be at night drinking something al fresco and with the aqueduct illuminated in the background. The location is simply perfect. You leave the hotel and have the aqueduct at 100m, and at 50m more, the urban center with everything you may need.
bed. I don't find it at all comfortable and pillows, worse, I had to use two in order to be in a moderately comfortable position, bed is a very subjective issue. room's fridge was broken and with the heat that was going on, it would have been nice to have some fresh water when we got to the hotel at the end of the day. We told them but it couldn't be fixed, they still offered us a change of room, it was too late for transfers and we decided to stay. Otherwise it was all great.

the location, a few meters from the Aqueduct and easy access to the historic city center.
windows did not offer security because the locks were not right and they opened by simply pulling on them. mini-fridge was broken and there was no way they could repair it so that at least fresh drinks were available. I don't like the bathroom either, because in my life I have seen something like that in a hotel, on one side of the room, room with the toilet and bidet and on the other side another room with the sink and bathtub. I think they should unify it in one room (because if they remove the bath, is huge and put a shower, you can also put the toilet and bidet in the same room) and thus gain a little more space for the room as it is now quite small.

Friendly staff.. location very well, close to the Aqueduct, there is a parking lot at the door with special price for hotel customers. Regulated parking area right on the street behind where on weekends there is room to park and you don't pay. phenomenal terrace to have a drink in the evening with beautiful views. Good wifi connection in the room. air conditioning in the room was working very well. cleaning is good too.
room is quite old, it needs renovation or updating, there is a lack of plugs. bed, mattress and duvet also need to be renovated. wardrobe doors, are sliding, do not slide well on the rails. bathroom has broken tiles that look bad. shower, despite being a bathtub, is narrow, without a screen, with very uncomfortable curtains that are annoying. Low water pressure in the shower. old bathroom fittings. shower towels are small and courtesy products in the bathroom are two sachets of shampoo and a small hand soap.
